Where we rely on consent, it is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Marketing consent is requested separately from the acceptance of our services or terms and is never pre-ticked.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at customerservice.levita@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to operate the site, understand how it is used and measure our marketing.

Non-essential cookies are only placed with your consent. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features of the site may not work without them.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers acting as Data Processors on our behalf, such as payment providers (including Tabby), booking and CRM systems, hosting and analytics providers, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy.

We may also disclose personal data where required by applicable UAE law, court order or a request from a competent authority.

Any information collected directly by third-party services (such as payment systems) is processed by them under their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

8. Cross-border Transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we do so in accordance with the PDPL — to countries that provide an adequate level of protection, or subject to appropriate safeguards, or on the basis of your explicit consent or the performance of a contract with you.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations. When no longer needed, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
